Everyone benefits from excellent communication skills!

Building on skills learned in the pre-requisite, Part 1, this workshop teaches constructive confrontation skills and how to respond to criticism. Learn to confront those whose behavior causes a problem in a way that leads to a satisfactory resolution while maintaining and improving the relationship. Influence others to take pride in the quality of their work, improve their performance and help you reach your objectives.

By attending Communicate Like a Leader Part 2 offered by Charlotte AHEC participants may earn up to 4.25 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit must self-report their participation. To self-report, participants must log into their MyAHEC account and select “My Education Credit” to log hours earned.
