At times even the act of prayer can seem overwhelming. This module highlights the principles and ideas behind Breath Prayer, an ancient Christian practice in which prayer can be as simple as breathing in and out.

The Crisis of Grief
Grief takes many forms, and each person handles this emotion differently. It is vital to have awareness of and empathy for the varied grief dynamics; this module will lead the participant through each one.

7 Hindrances to Effective Spiritual Care
Several common dynamics can get in the way of effective spiritual care. Which one is the most prominent at this time in your career? In this module you will discover ways to explore these hindrances to deepen your spiritual care skill-sets.
