Leaders, supervisors and managers will access powerful tools to create an environment of teamwork and trust so that conflict is easily resolved and collaboration and partnership thrive. We have found that people often misidentify the source of conflict as being a function of personality or communication style. This misidentification makes conflict difficult to resolve.
You will learn how to view this issues from a new perspective, as well as tools for resolving conflict with colleagues and direct reports. This creates powerful new opportunities for teamwork, collaboration and trust.

ACHE Credits Information
The Charlotte AHEC is authorized to award 5.50 hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
