Design thinking is an innovation methodology implemented across sectors and industries to reach successful and scalable solutions. Design thinking has the potential to unleash people’s creative confidence, win support for projects, de-risk initiatives, radically improve processes, and lead to successful innovation outcomes. This introductory course will give participants hands-on experience in implementing inclusive and reusable processes, abilities, and tools of design thinking.
