Description

These sessions will explain the need to improve coding and documentation to more accurately reflect the health of a population as well as risk adjustment. Improvement in documentation improves patient outcomes as accurate reflections of the patient's total condition, improves communication between clinicians as well as improves the performance of the health team providing care to the patient and populations served. Value based payment is dependent on an accurate reflection of the population's overall health as well as healthcare needs.

Once registration is complete, you will need to print a copy of your confirmation receipt that contains a link to the module and evaluation survey that you will need to complete for CME credit.
