Reinforce your quality improvement knowledge and skills, complete an improvement project, and establish a foundation for future improvement efforts.

Quality Management teaches participants performance improvement strategies and tools. Skills to be covered include developing a project charter, data collection and presentation, identifying key variables and improvements, and developing a post-improvement control plan. Participants will then apply both to a project to improve patient outcomes and achieve organizational goals..
