Simulation is one of the most rapidly growing strategies in clinical education. The myriad of applications for educators in health care agencies and schools of nursing continues to grow. So how do you know that you’re growing in the right direction? How do you keep from experiencing the same barriers and challenges that others have already confronted and solved? This conference is designed to present best practices in simulation education. The dual track format will focus on topics of special interest to nurse educators. There is also ample time for networking with presenters and colleagues.

Learning Outcome
Participants will be able to utilize and incorporate the knowledge gained of the best practices in simulation education from this educational activity into their practice.
Up to 7.25 CNE Contact Hours will be awarded to participants who attend both days of this educational activity. Partial credit is issued by day for those attending either Thursday or Friday.
Southern Regional AHEC is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
