Target Audience

Leaders, managers, supervisors, team leads, health/human service professionals, anyone aspiring to develop critical leadership skills needed at every level.

Description

Women leaders will enjoy a full day of self-exploration in this self-development workshop examining personal and societal drivers and how they relate to self-perceived professional success. Oftentimes, self-confidence, our own inner critic, and fraudulent feelings of self-doubt can cause a woman to question her success or eschew promotional opportunities despite being a high achiever.

Participants in this workshop will have access to a 21-day personal workbook designed to empower them in self-discovery and goal planning for personal self-development. In addition to this take-home material, each participant will create a personal motivational goal map designed to help them walk away with an action plan they can start the very next day. Come enjoy a day devoted to you where you and a powerful group of women work together to inspire and motivate each other towards success.
