Description

Connect with team members and build stronger performance relationships

Influential leadership is about inspiring and motivating performance excellence at all levels of the organization through a highly developed behavior intelligence (BQ) capacity. However, many healthcare leaders and their team members do not have a clear idea of how their BQ measures up or understand why BQ is a competitive advantage for team performance. In this session, you will learn and practice the key behaviors necessary to connect with team members and build stronger performance relationships. This program identifies the cause and offers a remedy for closing the gap between consistent performance behavior and sustained organizational clinical and business performance outcomes.
