Pharmacists
Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Forum of NC Annual Meeting is a network for and led by ambulatory clinical pharmacists with an ongoing goal of providing networking, collaboration, and educational opportunities for likeminded pharmacists in North Carolina with an emphasis on practical ambulatory care topics and unmet public health needs.
In addition to providing networking opportunities for ambulatory care pharmacist, this knowledge-based CPE activity will provide the pharmacist with clinical practice updates on mental health, heart failure, pain management, and best practices for understanding and navigating recent Medicaid changes.
Program speakers from 1:00PM to 5:00 PM with networking reception to follow from 5:15 to 6:00PM.

The University Of North Carolina Eshelman School Of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. The program ACPE #0046-9999-19-025-L04-P (Pharmacist) provides 4.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education credit.
