The goal of THINK Academy II is to broaden the health care professional’s knowledge base surrounding disparities issues and examine innovative approaches to eliminating health care inequities. In addition, we are seeking to improve ability to identify and therefore pro-actively address those barriers to care that lend themselves to inadequate access to healthcare. Ultimately, through this targeted education, health care professionals will better identify, explore and eliminate barriers leading to better patient outcomes.
