Description

This program will provide unique skills to work with and understand how to verbally de-escalate difficult clients utlizing a trauma informed care approach. This program will be interactive and personal examples are highly encouraged. There will be different scenarios for inpatient and outpatient settings. We will also explore ways to get difficult clients become more engaged in their treatment. This program will also tackle the difficult task of self-care after working with difficult clients.
