Description

Participants will receive updates in the latest diagnostic procedures and cutting-edge treatments of malignant hematologic disorders and improve the understanding of how to incorporate newly approved drugs in current practice. The symposium will focus on hematologic malignancies that include Multiple Myeloma, Lymphoma & Leukemia. Also, information regarding the role stem cell transplantation and CAR T cell therapy in the management of these malignancies will be discussed.

Objectives

  • Define standards of care, assess and improve patient management and perform the application of recently approved therapies for patients diagnosed with hematologic malignancies such as, but not limited to, Myeloma,Lymphoma, Myeloproliferative neoplasms, Blood & Marrow Transplantation.
  • Identify and perform diagnostic advances and procedures for patients diagnosed with hematologic malignancies, such as, but not limited to, Myeloma, Lymphoma, Myeloproliferative neoplasms, CAR-T cells.
  • Identify and incorporate newly approved agents including CAR-T cell therapy in the treatment of Myeloma, Lymphoma, and Leukemia. They will be able to learn the new advancements in the treatments of these diseases.
