- Identify patients at risk of developing trace element deficiencies
- Identify techniques of the nutrition-focused physical exam that are used to identify malnutrition and micronutrient deficiencies
- Describe methods to manage challenges frequently encountered in caring for patients receiving nutrition support therapy
