The Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)™ Train-the-Trainer Workshop is a 2-day workshop that will enable participants to effectively lead and facilitate discussions as it relates cultural competency for healthcare professionals. As part of the skills learned, participants will understand the art of facilitation of group discussions regarding diversity and inclusion and proven techniques that guard against participants that seek to "hi-jack" the conversation.
