This eLearning on Managing Heart Failure Patients to improve management of this patient population across the system. Included in the webinar will be the latest diagnostic and treatment options, new medication therapies, referring patients to heart failure specialist, Palliative Care, treatment after hospitalization, documentation and coding education for heart failure patients and managing barriers to care.
