Leadership, Management & Coaching is designed to give new knowledge and understanding to people who are accountable for the performance of others in their organization; and therefore must coach, manage and lead. We will distinguish what it takes to provide authentic leadership, effective management and powerful coaching.

In this program, we address leadership, management and coaching contextually and practically. We distinguish leading, managing and coaching as three separate and distinct skills.

ACHE Credits Information
The Charlotte AHEC is authorized to award 5.50 hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit must self-report their participation. To self-report, participants must log into their MyACHE account and select “My Education Credit” to log hours earned.
