High Risk Medications in the Elderly (HRME) measures and shares best practices for improvement for providers and clinical staff. The desired outcome is to ensure the providers and staff are knowledgeable about the HRME measure and the importance of finding alternative medications for their elderly patients. Provider to provider education will hopefully improve performance of the HRME measure and gain support for the obstacles that providers and clinical staff are seeing in their networks.
