Description

Being able to solve complex problems, as well as prevent key processes from failing, is a critical skill set in today’s fast-paced workplace. Whether we are dealing with problems in healthcare or business processes, we need to understand how to identify and address underlying root causes to in order to effectively prevent problems from re-occurring. In this workshop, you will learn how to apply proven tools and techniques to “deep-dive” to the root cause of problems, as well as plan ahead to prevent failures from happening again. Once you return to your work, apply these techniques to improve reliability and productivity in your area of responsibilities
