In today’s fast-paced workplace, we need to be able to rapidly respond when we need to improve quality and performance in our areas of responsibility. In this workshop, you will learn how to use rapid cycle techniques to accelerate quality/performance improvement, expediting change and results.
Prior to the day of your in-person class, view the pre-work video module at your convenience to learn about rapid cycle tools and improvement techniques.
