Description

With compassion being at the forefront of healthcare practices, it is important to use various tools to create ideal being for patients and practitioners alike. Integrating the best of the eastern evidenced-based practices with your current modalities can be an amazingly effective way to care for your patients. You will walk away from this workshop with a better personal and professional understanding of mindfulness, meditation, yoga-based breathing and movement.

This workshop is a continuation of Part 1 using the most effective uses of these ancient technologies so that you and your patients can receive the ultimate benefits (Please note Part 1 is not necessary for completion of this workshop).

It is scientifically proven in that many aspects of mindfulness, meditation, breath work and yoga can help with stress reduction, pain management, anxiety, depression, trauma and overall emotional health as well as help with joint mobility and injury prevention. This workshop will show you how to practically and easily use these techniques to enhance compassionate care in your practice.
