Q. How do I cancel a scheduled rotation?
A. Please call Michael Gabriel at 704.512.6507 to cancel a scheduled rotation.
Q. What do I do if I have an issue with a student?
A. Fill out the following PEMS form: Assessment of Student's Behavioral Professionalism (located on page 146 of the 2005 Professional Experience Program Manual) and contact an AHEC faculty member.
Q. If I want to see a student presentation at Carolinas Medical Center, where do I park?
A. Please park in the Medical Center Plaza parking deck. Carolinas Medical Center Map (PDF, 407KB)
Q. How do I get a CHS badge and parking access for students?
A. Please call Michael Gabriel at 704.512.6507 and request an "Online Service Request" for a CHS Student badge. Parking access and badge should be available within 24 hours.
Q. How do I schedule a site visit with AHEC faculty?
A. Please contact an AHEC faculty member to schedule an appointment. We would be happy to come see what you are doing and to have the opportunity to better know you.
