Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy

  • Charlotte AHEC follows the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System cancellation schedule for workshops at the Airport Training Center
  • Participants that are registered for a class and cancel between 2 weeks and up to 48 hours prior to the program will receive a 70% refund
  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance of the course, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee
  • No refunds will be given for individuals who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the program
  • 100% of the registration fee will be credited if you transfer your registration to another program within 6 months
  • Refunds will not be given on programs you transfer to
  • Participants who have not paid for a program and do not cancel will be billed for their registration
  • Substitutes are welcome (please notify us of substitutes prior to the program)
  • Cancellations MUST be in writing (fax, mail or email)
