Description

This interactive workshop will provide participants with the ability to incorporate a variety of tools into clinical and non-clinical Quality Improvement/Process Improvement teams . Participants will be introduced to the most commonly used tools as well as introducing new ones made to spur creativity and action among teams. Class will have opportunities to practice using real-world scenerios.
