Pediatric Developmental Screening

This initiative aimed to integrate evidence-based, family-centered developmental screening tools into well child visits to correctly identify, refer, and monitor children who might benefit from early intervention services.

Participants received customized office tools, provider and patient education materials, and assistance to redesign office work flow and measure practice performance.

Pediatricians, Family Medicine Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in Mecklenburg county participated in this successful initaitve are invited to participate.
