We strive to play an active role in defining and developing the most clinically relevant CME with a distinct emphasis on practice-based learning and improvement, evidence based medicine, systems-based practice, and outcomes measurement. The focal points of our activity design emphasize evident educational need, the quality and rigor of content, and compliance with all standards and guidelines of the ACCME.
Our goals include:
- To improve the environment of professional medical practice by identifying new and emerging healthcare needs, as well as evolving challenges in the provision of healthcare, and to design educational opportunities to respond to those needs.
- To bring the educational process closer to the practitioner as an integral part of providing the highest quality patient care, thus resulting in improved patient outcomes.
